Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAMP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, Notch1, and Rad50. Each is linked with VAMP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP5 results are reported.
