VAMP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAMP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,364 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLD4, UBA7, and PXDC1. Each is linked with VAMP5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAMP5 versus POLD4 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAMP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAMP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
