Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAMP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,121 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAMP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cell periphery, Barbed-end actin filament capping, and Protein localization to plasma membrane. Each is linked with VAMP5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-VAMP5 results are reported.
