UXT

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UXT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,454 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UXT-associated genes across cancer lineages are URI1, NUF2, and GPATCH1. Each is linked with UXT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UXT-to-partner and partner-to-UXT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UXT versus URI1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
