UXT-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UXT-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,082 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UXT-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein import into peroxisome matrix, receptor recycling, Inner mitochondrial membrane organization, and Regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with UXT-AS1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UXT-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-UXT-AS1 results are reported.
