Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UTS2R Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UTS2R data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher UTS2R Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UTS2R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, SCLC, and GBM are the cancer types where UTS2R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
