UTRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,561 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L2, KANK2, and TNS2_S120. Each is linked with UTRN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTRN-to-partner and partner-to-UTRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTRN versus EPB41L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
