Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTRN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,171 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYBRD1, CNRIP1, and SSPN. Each is linked with UTRN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTRN-to-partner and partner-to-UTRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTRN versus CYBRD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
