Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MASTL, ECHS1, and LARP1B. Each is linked with UTRN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTRN-to-partner and partner-to-UTRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MASTL grouped by UTRN-low versus UTRN-high in SKCM.
