Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTRN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, INPP4B, and ATM. Each is linked with UTRN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTRN-to-partner and partner-to-UTRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by UTRN-low versus UTRN-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
