Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,784 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTRN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Positive regulation of cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with UTRN in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTRN-to-partner and partner-to-UTRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway grouped by UTRN-low versus UTRN-high in BREAST.
