UTRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,433 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK4, C18orf25, and ATP5IF1. Each is linked with UTRN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTRN-to-partner and partner-to-UTRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEK4 grouped by UTRN-low versus UTRN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
