Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,413 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMOD1, SLC5A6, and TRAIP. Each is linked with UTP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP3-to-partner and partner-to-UTP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP3 versus LMOD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
