Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,241 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP25, PDCD11, and WDR12. Each is linked with UTP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP3-to-partner and partner-to-UTP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP3 versus UTP25 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
