Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,511 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP20-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAIP, MTFP1, and RNASEH2A. Each is linked with UTP20 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP20-to-partner and partner-to-UTP20 results are reported.
