Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,948 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM25, PRPF40A, and PDCD11. Each is linked with UTP18 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP18-to-partner and partner-to-UTP18 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP18 versus RBM25 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
