Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP14C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP14C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR4, DLX4, and EIF4G2. Each is linked with UTP14C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP14C-to-partner and partner-to-UTP14C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP14C versus MTMR4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP14C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP14C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
