RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 261 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO4, UTRN, and PLXNB1. Each is linked with UTF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTF1-to-partner and partner-to-UTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FMO4 grouped by UTF1-low versus UTF1-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
