Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9Y RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,883 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP9Y-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS4Y1, DDX3X, and DDX3Y. Each is linked with USP9Y in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9Y-to-partner and partner-to-USP9Y results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP9Y versus RPS4Y1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
