Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9Y protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,723 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP9Y-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMSB4Y, PSMA6P1, and MTCYBP2. Each is linked with USP9Y in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9Y-to-partner and partner-to-USP9Y results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP9Y versus TMSB4Y in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
