Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9Y mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP9Y-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF736P7Y, RNU6-888P, and RN7SL578P. Each is linked with USP9Y in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9Y-to-partner and partner-to-USP9Y results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF736P7Y grouped by USP9Y-low versus USP9Y-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
