Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP9X-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTCA, ACP1, and TMEM11. Each is linked with USP9X in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9X-to-partner and partner-to-USP9X results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTCA grouped by USP9X-low versus USP9X-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9X→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
