USP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,104 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, UBR7, and RBM14. Each is linked with USP7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP7-to-partner and partner-to-USP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
