USP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,662 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO2, MSANTD3, and ALDOA. Each is linked with USP7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP7-to-partner and partner-to-USP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
