USP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP7 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,665 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TENM3, TBC1D9B, and TENM1. Each is linked with USP7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP7-to-partner and partner-to-USP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
