USP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 382 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, DIRAS2, and PRND. Each is linked with USP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP6-to-partner and partner-to-USP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by USP6-low versus USP6-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
