Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,437 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMA5, NES, and NID1. Each is linked with USP44 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP44-to-partner and partner-to-USP44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP44 versus LAMA5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP44→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
