Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP44 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,095 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP44-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM11, BTN3A2, and FARP1-AS1. Each is linked with USP44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP44-to-partner and partner-to-USP44 results are reported.
