Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP44 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP44-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, JNK_pT183_Y185, and PDCD4. Each is linked with USP44 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP44-to-partner and partner-to-USP44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by USP44-low versus USP44-high in COAD.
