Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,432 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, Protein-DNA complex organization, and Positive regulation of viral genome replication. Each is linked with USP44 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP44-to-partner and partner-to-USP44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity grouped by USP44-low versus USP44-high in LIVER.
