USP41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 400 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP41-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD3-3, NDUFA4P2, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with USP41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP41-to-partner and partner-to-USP41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD3-3 grouped by USP41-low versus USP41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP41→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
