USP41

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP41 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated USP41 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher USP41 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and PAAD show a favorable association.

ACC, BRCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where USP41 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
