Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, EIF4A3, and DHX33. Each is linked with USP36 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP36-to-partner and partner-to-USP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP36 versus PARP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
