Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,494 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4A3, SNHG16, and TRIP13. Each is linked with USP36 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP36-to-partner and partner-to-USP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP36 versus EIF4A3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
