Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRC1, CDADC1, and OIP5. Each is linked with USP36 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP36-to-partner and partner-to-USP36 results are reported.
