Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and AMPK_pT172. Each is linked with USP36 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP36-to-partner and partner-to-USP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p90 RSK grouped by USP36-low versus USP36-high in SKCM.
