Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,645 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with USP36 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP36-to-partner and partner-to-USP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I grouped by USP36-low versus USP36-high in BONE.
