Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 277 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are MROH5, NUP58, and GPR3. Each is linked with USP36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP36-to-partner and partner-to-USP36 results are reported.
