USP35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,645 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN3, KCTD21, and MAP1B. Each is linked with USP35 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP35-to-partner and partner-to-USP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP35 versus RCN3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
