Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,255 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP35-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P5, UBE2WP1, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with USP35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP35-to-partner and partner-to-USP35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P5 grouped by USP35-low versus USP35-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
