USP35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,549 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP35-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH4, CCDC134, and CBY1. Each is linked with USP35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP35-to-partner and partner-to-USP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH4 grouped by USP35-low versus USP35-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
