USP31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,464 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP31-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMG1, DCTN5, and POLR3E. Each is linked with USP31 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP31-to-partner and partner-to-USP31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP31 versus SMG1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
