USP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,408 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32A, ZNF609, and SIN3A. Each is linked with USP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP3-to-partner and partner-to-USP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP3 versus ANP32A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
