USP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 818 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP10, OFD1P3Y, and MIR6864. Each is linked with USP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP3-to-partner and partner-to-USP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP10 grouped by USP3-low versus USP3-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
