Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,398 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, USP28_S1053, and CDC20_T70. Each is linked with USP28 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP28-to-partner and partner-to-USP28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP28 versus RNF214 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP28→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
