Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP28 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP28-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ASNS, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with USP28 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP28-to-partner and partner-to-USP28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by USP28-low versus USP28-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP28→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
