Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,897 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA damage checkpoint signaling, Sister chromatid segregation, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with USP28 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP28-to-partner and partner-to-USP28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA damage checkpoint signaling grouped by USP28-low versus USP28-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
