Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,623 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP25-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf162, KIAA1549, and ALOX5. Each is linked with USP25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP25-to-partner and partner-to-USP25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP25 versus C1orf162 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP25→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
