Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,288 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade, Negative regulation of ERAD pathway, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with USP25 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP25-to-partner and partner-to-USP25 results are reported.
