USP24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,930 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP24-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP2, MTA2, and CWC27. Each is linked with USP24 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP24-to-partner and partner-to-USP24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 grouped by USP24-low versus USP24-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
